what are your candles made of?
we're all about keeping it natural and sustainable, so we use coconut apricot wax for our candles. this wax is made from a blend of coconut and apricot oils, which allows for a clean and even burn. this wax is not only environmentally friendly, but also hypoallergenic and pet safe!
we also use wood wicks in our candles, which give off a cozy crackling sound as they burn slowly. these wicks are made from natural wood, and they're a great alternative to traditional cotton wicks.
finally, our candles come either in a durable glass vessel or that can be repurposed once the candle has burned down!
what's your shipping/return policy?
unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, lundi co is not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any handcrafted items at this time.
all sales are final.
it is strongly recommended for all customers to select package protection with Route, at checkout. this allows all parties to be proactive in the unfortunate instance of any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and ensures instant resolution.
when will I receive my order?

please allow 5-7 days for processing and handling.
all orders will be shipped with your selection of either economy shipping (5-8 business days) or standard shipping (3-4 business days).
you will also be given the option to choose package protection with Route, at checkout.
tracking number will be available in your order confirmation email.
can I change the address for my order?
lundi co. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if incorrect address information was provided at the time of purchase.
please ensure that your address is correct upon check out.
if your order is already marked as "In Progress," address change is not guaranteed. please message us via our "Contact" section or at shoplundico@gmail.com
if your order is marked as "Shipped," it has already been received by the post office and we will not be able to change your mailing address.
please contact the shipping carrier and request further assistance.

if you've selected package protection with Route (strongly recommended), simply file a claim with them for instant resolution on your lost or damaged package.
please note, claims for damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery date.
where can I buy candles in-person?
lundi co. is mainly online for now, but keep an eye on our social media for in-person pop-up events around the Houston area.
